Building Care (Post Handover)
- Post Handover Services is a package of services contract or agreement offered by Assurance Developments Ltd. to maintain long term relationship with clients
- The major functions undertaken through the service contract are as follows:
- Maintain the security of the apartment complex
- Maintenance of the building and heavy equipments (Lift, Generator, etc.)
- Overall cleaning of the complex and its surrounding areas as part of operational management
- Complain management
- Utility management (Electricity, WASA and gas)
- Complex HR & Administration, which includes Services Manager, Electrician, Plumber and Cleaner
