• Door handle with good quality security lock
• Calling bell switch of good quality
• Apartment number in brass plate with door knocker

• Internal doors (except servant toilet) of veneer flush door shutters with French polish
• All internal door frames, except toilet, are made of teak chambel or equiv.
• Plastic door shutter and frame in Servant bathroom
• Lacquered finish for toilet doors
• All internal doors with good quality cylinderical lock and one tower bolt (except Servant toilet)

Windows

• Sliding aluminium windows (KAI / Fu Wang) windows as per Architectural design of the building
• Clear glass (5 mm thick) with mohair lining
• Rainwater barrier in 4" aluminium section at external windows
• Grills with MS flat bar in all external windows
• Mosquito net in all windows and sliding doors

Verandah

• Grill with MS flat bar (3/4" X 3/16") in all outer veranda except balconies at the front side
